In a rational world, it really shouldn't, but that is where the line is!
Ah the joys of using the very old local election boundaries for new boundaries. Both those sites were in the much maligned River ward which went all the way from St Mary's Island, through Brompton Barracks, and one half of Chatham High Street along to Rochester Bridge!
