Possibly the most exploitative “home” in Medway

It’s no secret that planning control in Medway is utterly ineffective. Even when a planning application is rejected, landowners will often build anyway, and there appears to be very little to stop them. I covered an example of this last month when someone in Rainham brazenly built a tiny ‘flat’ in their back garden and rented it out despite being explicitly forbidden by the council from doing so.
