Just who is covering our towns in anti-Brexit billboards?

This week we are going to be providing some background on the activist art group Led By Donkeys. This is on the presumption that you fit into the Venn diagram overlap of being able to access Substack but not Wikipedia.

The reason for doing this is because, at the turn of the year, they were back in Chatham. But just who are they?
