In December, Steven wrote a frankly disparaging piece about the Medway Towns by using - checks notes - Medway Council statistics. In a shockingly poor bit of planning, we published the piece ten days before the latest Medway Council Monitoring report. In another excellent piece of content scheduling, we now present a piercing look at the 2022 Monitoring Report after Medway’s local elections.

Medway’s Monitoring Report is produced annually and overviews the development of Medway through economic, social, and environmental data. It covers April 2021 to March 2022, and therefore some areas continued to reflect the covid pandemic and its effect on Medway’s communities and economy, as well as transport and development.
