Ed. Apologies accepted gratefully. One other point to mention. With the exception of 4 people from SE London, all the others were from Kent. I would say that a minority were from Medway.

The odd thing about all these cycle plans is that the council are completely ignoring all new developments. Surely if you want to make an impact and you have no money make use of the planning department. Three new developments could link up a cycle network along the Medway from the Medway valley park to chatham town centre. By just using the developments Temple woods in Strood, the new Strood waterfront development and Rochester riverside there would be minimal work connecting this up

With reference your comment about question time. If you actually attended then you have insulted everyone but one woman by saying that it was rowdy. With the exception of the one loud mouthed woman who couldn't follow the rules about shouting out, it was a very well behaved audience. I actually attended this event and do not like being accused of something that I wasn't. Please stick to reporting the truth as that is what I expect when I subscribe to things.

Apologies for any offence Barry, but I’m not sure it’s implied that I was saying the entire audience was rowdy. But equally, I was using it in the sense of a crowd that is boisterous or maybe rebellious - as demonstrated in the multiple laughs of derision to certain comments - rather than anything specifically negative. It was more making the link that whenever these kinds of events occur in Medway, there is always a certain element of this. Perhaps my wording was clumsy, and I’m sorry my intent wasn’t clearer.
