Drive-thru coffee! A doubling village! Crappy office conversions! A pub becomes a restaurant!

Another month, another set of new planning applications in Medway. There’s less than usual this month as it’s been a quiet one for new applications. There’s still a handful worth looking at though so let’s get to it.

Medway’s first drive-thru Costa
