How do you spend over £50,000 on temporary hoardings that no longer seem so temporary?
The title is ridiculous, right? There couldn’t really be a place that due to the risk to public safety needed to be boarded up, and almost 15 years later, it still hadn’t been fixed. Let’s say for the sake of argument, that place was right on a major dual carriageway. That couldn’t possibly be true.
