Well, after two and a half years, the covid fairy finally paid me a visit. I’m not feeling good, but I guess it could be infinitely worse too. Cases are definitely rising all over again, including here in Medway, so try to stay safe out there.
Medway Council rejects Medway Council plan to put solar panels on the roof of Medway Council
It’s hard to even know where to start with this one.
Over recent months, Medway Council has been adding solar panels to a number of its buildings. Medway Park and a number of our libraries and community hubs have begun the process of adding panels in recent months, so it makes sense that the headquarters would be in line for the same treatment.
Medway Council duly put in a planning application to themselves to erect the panels on Gun Wharf in Chatham.
And Medway Council responded by advising the installation should be rejected.
This is wild on a number of levels.
